Outcomes or performance indicators are measures TSI uses to determine the effectiveness of programs and interventions. The agency’s outcome information is measured and evaluated to explain how well the services meet and exceed the goals of the mission and vision. The outcome information helps TSI determine if the programs and various interventions are having a positive impact on the persons served. TSI gathers data that measures goals related to Effectiveness of services, Efficiency of service delivery and Satisfaction of all stakeholders. Programs and services are also examined in an effort to adapt and adjust them to better meet the needs of all persons served. Some specific outcomes measured are:
- Psychiatric Hospitalizations: Consumers ability to successfully manage their illness
- Empowerment: Consumers become personally and actively involved in their rehabilitation
- Critical Incidents: Consumers are able to live safely in the community
- Medication Accuracy: Consumers take their medications as prescribed
- Staff Retention: Consumers have stability with their service provision
- Satisfaction: Consumers and/or stakeholders are satisfied with service
TSI is committed to sharing the information it discovers about its programs and services with all of its stakeholders.
