Senior Resident Advisor
Assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the unit to ensure operations are consistent with the guiding principles of TSI. Assists with the supervision of the direct care staff. Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus one year of related experience.
Community Supports Specialist II
Functions in a direct care capacity as a member of an interdisciplinary team by providing support, training, and assistance to consumers in the Supportive Living Program. Travels within the community.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Community Supports Specialist I
Responsible for the training and continued adjustment and development of consumers in the program within a community residential setting. Emphasis is placed on direct contact with the individuals in the program.
Qualifications: Related Bachelor’s degree plus six months of related experience or four and a half years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Overnight Resident Advisor
This position functions in an overnight, awake capacity. Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety of consumers and maintaining building cleanliness and security.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
