A team of CARF surveyors surveyed the agency on November 16 -17, 2009 to determine how well it meets the accrediting body’s high standards for program and service quality. The survey team looked at all aspects of the agency’s operations and concluded that TSI had successfully demonstrated conformance to all applicable standards. In doing so, TSI achieved its fifth consecutive accreditation. TSI is accredited for a period of three years in the following services and programs:
- Community Services: Community Housing
- Community Services: Supported Living
- Community Housing: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Adults)
- Supported Living: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Adults)
This accreditation will extend through December 2012. This achievement is an indication of TSI’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served.
